What an exhibition week actually asks for
Two colleagues, two bedrooms
Two separate bedrooms and two full bathrooms: two colleagues travelling together share neither a room nor a bathroom, and it is still one booking. A larger party shares the same two bedrooms, with the two sofa beds for the fifth and sixth guest.
The car waits at the door
Free street parking directly outside the apartment: no garage, no barrier, no waiting for an attendant. You leave in the morning at the moment you choose.
Close to both exhibition centres
Ten to fifteen minutes to Metropolitan Expo and ten to MEC Paiania, driving out of Spata rather than into Athens — against the morning traffic instead of through it.
Coffee on your schedule, back at any hour
A full kitchen and coffee before the hotel buffet opens, a desk and a dining table for the thing you have to finish in the evening, and smart-lock entry whenever dinner ends.

Questions exhibitors ask
How long does it really take to reach the halls?
Ten to fifteen minutes by car, and you are leaving Spata rather than crossing Athens, so the morning traffic is going the other way. Most exhibitors keep the car for the stand anyway; a taxi is short and cheap if you do not.
Can we arrive after the build-up finishes?
Yes. Entry is by smart lock with a code sent in advance and a step-by-step arrival guide, so it makes no difference whether you get in at nine in the evening or two in the morning.
Is it really cheaper than two hotel rooms?
For two people who each want their own room and their own bathroom, considerably. The totals above are all-in for two nights; two separate rooms in this area come to roughly double, and the gap widens with every extra person.
Can we work from there?
Yes. There is a desk with fast fibre Wi-Fi, a dining table for four and a living area — room enough to put a presentation together or talk the day through, without going down to a hotel lobby.
Can the company expense the stay?
We let the apartment as private individuals, not as a business, so no invoice is issued. What you get is a receipt of payment made out to the company: its name, address and tax number, the apartment and its property registry number, the dates of the stay and the amount. Send us the billing details with your enquiry. A receipt of payment is the document accounting departments normally use for a stay in a short-term let; the final call on the expense is always theirs.
